‘Driven by Design’
Ben’s skills are not only based in sales; he understands that a deep knowledge of development, design, architecture and construction are crucial to being a well-rounded agent.
His career in construction and design started in 1999 in London, working on multiple projects in the trendy Notting Hill area. Tired of the rain, Ben set his sights on sunny Southern California. In 2008, Ben settled in Venice beach and never looked back!
Focusing on green, sustainable and eco-conscious construction materials; Ben collaborated with designers, architects and celebrities who shared the same passion. As his network expanded, Ben met Manhattan Beach developer, Daniel Salzman. Together, they took on ambitious new projects; and ultimately made their partnership permanent in 2011, when they founded South Bay Green Design; the South Bay’s premier independent material resource.
As with most homeowners, clients are always excited to put their own touch on their home. Ben brings their vision together with a full spectrum of updates from furniture and lighting- to complete remodels; all of which can be done before the client moves in to their dream home.
